ROBERT C. PALADINO

Mr. Paladino is President of Jasper Energy LLC. He has more than 30 years experience in the electric utility industry. Mr. Paladino was Executive Vice President of York Research Corporation, a developer/owner/operator of electric generating facilities including cogeneration and renewable energy facilities. Mr. Paladino had overall responsibility for the engineering, construction ,operation and maintenance of the company's generating assets as well as all business development activities. Prior to that, Mr. Paladino was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the NDS Technology Group, Inc. an engineering and manufacturing company that served electric utility and employed power companies worldwide. Mr. Paladino also served as Assistant to the President and the Director of Fossil Fuels of the Edison Electric Institute, National Association of electric companies in the United States.

VITO L. ELEFANTE

Mr. Elefante is Executive Vice President of Jasper Energy LLC. He has more than 30 years experience in the energy industry. Mr. Elefante was formerly Senior Vice President of York Research Corporation, an owner/developer of cogeneration facilities, where he was responsible for all business development activities. Prior to that Mr. Elefante was Vice President of Mission Energy New York, Inc. and Executive Director of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration Partners, L.P., where he directed the development, construction and operation of a $500 million cogeneration facility. Mr. Elefante’s previous experience included 20 years at Long Island Lighting Company, an electric and gas utility, where he served in various capacities, including Director of Independent Power, Director of Purchasing and Manager of Fuels. Mr. Elefante earned a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and completed executive management programs at Duke and Pennsylvania State Universities.

DAVID PERRI, P.E.

Mr. Perri is Executive Vice President of Jasper Energy LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and holds both a Bachelor and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Before joining Jasper Mr. Perri was the President of Cogeneration Technologies Inc. where he was responsible for the construction, startup and operation of the company’s cogeneration and wind energy facilities both domestically and internationally. Prior to that Mr. Perri was the Plant Manager of a Cogeneration Facility that supplied total energy to a housing complex and a shopping center. Prior to that Mr. Perri was an Engineer for Consolidated Edison Company of New York where he was trained in all aspects of Power generation and electrical transmission and distribution. Mr. Perri is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.

PETER RISOLO

Mr. Risolo is Senior Project and Construction Manager for Jasper Energy LLC. He has over 35 years of combustion control and construction management experience. Mr. Risolo was Project Manager of Cogeneration Technologies Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of York Research Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Risolo owned and operated a boiler service company and has developed a boiler installation, maintenance and service company. He has extensive hands-on construction and installation experience in cogeneration facilities and thermal plants, and has managed numerous large construction projects in both Union and non-Union environments.
