Jasper Energy LLC is in the business of developing, constructing, owning and operating energy production facilities, including those that utilize natural gas to produce thermal and electric power (“cogeneration”), and renewable energy projects that convert solar and wind energy into transmittable electric power (“greenpower”).

STRATEGY
Jasper
Energy’s business strategy is to pursue development activities selectively
in the United States, Canada,
Mexico, the Caribbean and in
Europe, giving priority to negotiated rather than publicly bid
opportunities. Jasper Energy believes that the
market for greenpower will continue to grow as advances in
technology enable these energy sources to become increasingly competitive
and as their environmental benefits
are recognized.
Our
business plan is to take an energy project from its initial inception
through development, engineering, financing,
construction and operation.
Jasper Energy will consider entering into relationships with
venture
capitalists, equity investors, and joint venture partners during the
various phases of a project.
